These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Useprompt (https://useprompt.online/), operated by Useprompt. By using the Website or buying a prompt you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Our service

We provide text prompts and example images that you can use with third-party AI image tools. Some prompts are free; others can be bought for a one-time fee. We do not run the AI tools and do not control their output.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password private and are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Licence to use prompts

When you copy a free prompt or buy a prompt, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it to create images for personal or commercial use. You may not resell, republish, share in bulk, or offer our prompts (free or paid) as your own collection, product or course, or copy our website content, without written permission.

4. Purchases and prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the prompt in your account. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our prompts or the AI images you create to:

  • upload or edit photos of other people without their consent;
  • create sexual, obscene or nude content, or any content involving minors in an inappropriate way;
  • create deepfakes, impersonate anyone, mislead, defame, harass or threaten;
  • break any law, including the IT Act, 2000, or the rules of the AI tool you use;
  • scrape, copy, hack or overload the Website.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, text, prompts, example images and logo belong to Useprompt or its licensors. Trademarks of AI tools mentioned (such as Gemini, ChatGPT or Midjourney) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. To report copyright issues see our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

7. AI results and disclaimer

AI tools are unpredictable. Results vary by tool, version, settings and the photo you upload, and may not look exactly like our examples. The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content you create with AI tools, or for the services of third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the prompt in question.

9. Advertising and third-party links

The Website shows advertisements, including from Google AdSense, and links to other websites. We do not endorse advertisers and are not responsible for third-party content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the latest version.
